Carin Park is situated 6km from Hamilton CBD, in south west
Victoria.  Half way between Adelaide and Melbourne. Established in 1948 the property has seen limited changes in ownership up to our purchase of the park in 2018.

Initially a sheep farm it was then transformed into a boutique
thoroughbred breeding and spelling property. Under the watchful eye of Andrea Cummings hundreds of thoroughbred foals not only enjoyed their first days here, they have gone on to be successful racehorses and returned to the tranquil atmosphere for spelling. Rebel Raider, Curata Storm, Solo Flyer, Chatline, Shamoline Warrior are stallions that stood at stud here. 

We offer Agistment with the highest level of care for your
loved companions, athletes and investments in a purpose built horse safe environment.  Providing well-balanced volcanic loam soil, perennial pastures, strawberry clover flats, premium feeds, professional equine nutritionist feed resume’s covering all aspects of your horse’s dietary needs.

Each and every horse is treated on an individual basis, fed, rugs
attended too. As permanent residents at the park we provide a much more hands on approach which includes full time supervision.

DIY Agistment is also available. Agistees have access to 60 x 20
dressage arena, show jumping arena, extreme cowboy obstacles, small cross county training area, round yard, stables, hot wash, lock up tack room, vet area including crush and regular treating professionals.

In 2019 we began renovating two of the units, they were then
listed on AirBnB. Covid saw the end of this and they are now occupied
by permanent residents. Two addition accommodation units have now been renovated and are available at times. 

Float parking, communal kitchen and bathroom is available for short
stay's with horses. Guests can enjoy the loop walk passing some of the farms animals including chooks, rabbits, goats, sheep, cows and may even spot a Koala. If you have younger children there is a play ground. 

On a hot day the dam is a great place to cool off. Now planted out
with ornamental tree's in time to come we hope this will make an ideal wedding location. 

More recently we have launched our first online store with SD Design
Bridles that beautifully compliment our existing WOW Saddles Range.
Simone's Saddle Shack is not far from opening its doors we are always expanding.
